Winter Flowers
Winter is here FOR SURE, now – wouldn’t you agree? I’ll definitely be making the effort to get out and play in the snow regularly so I don’t get cabin fever too soon!
After the rush of a busy fall, I was deeply feeling a need to focus on simplicity and quiet. I can see that it’s showing up in my work as you can see with these pieces:
Today I am taking my paintings to the Holter Museum Store for a show. It will open on January 20th and remain through the month of February. The reception will be on First Friday in February, the 3rd, from 5-8pm. I’m sure by then everyone will be ready for a nice evening out!
The New Year is always so exciting. I love changing the calendars and planning for the months ahead. I hope you and your loved ones enjoy the last of 2016 together. Thank you so much for your support and interest in my work this year and I look forward to connecting with you in 2017!
