Any information you give to me or an employee of Lisa Gibson Art will never be shared, sold or published. It will not be used for anything other than the stated purpose for which you gave it. That is a promise!
When you purchase a painting from me, I want you to be completely thrilled! If for any reason you are not, you have 7 days from the date you receive it to contact me and request a return.
When the painting is received by me in new, undamaged condition, I will refund the purchase price of the painting less the original shipping charges. Return shipping is also not refundable, and is to be paid by the customer.
No returns on commissions or custom-made items that are in scenario #2.
All prices are in US dollars. The shipping cost is for the continental US only. Please contact me for a quote to Alaska, Hawaii or international shipping.
I currently use PayPal for online purchases of my work. PayPal is secure and you do not need to have a PayPal account to check out. When you click on the buy button to purchase, you will automatically go to the secure paypal.com website to complete the checkout.
If you do not wish to use the PayPal system, you do have other options. I can manually enter your credit card into my Square payment processing account. This means you will have to call me and have me write down your number. After your number is entered into the Square payment system, it will be shredded and not kept for any reason.
You can also mail a check or money order to Lisa Gibson Art. Please call or email ahead first, so the painting can be marked as sold, then you will be given the mailing address. When the payment clears the painting will be shipped and you will be notified.
Montana does not currently have sales tax.
Items are shipped within 2-3 business days. If there is a need for an exception to this, you will be notified. Items are not shipped until payment is received and cleared.
Paintings will never be sold or shipped with glass. If you prefer to display your art with glass glazing, you will need to purchase that separately.

All items are shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS – whichever service is most appropriate for delivery to your area. If you have a preference, please indicate that in a note at checkout. All items are insured for the full price of the artwork.
Shipping charges include postage, insurance, and the cost of packaging materials. If more than one item is purchased, shipping charges may be less than listed if items can be shipped together. In that case, the difference in shipping will be refunded.
Whenever possible, I re-use quality packing materials for shipping. Rest assured, your art will never be compromised as only QUALITY packing materials are re-used. Your painting will be wrapped for maximum protection during the shipping process.
In order to keep shipping costs reasonable for international customers, please call or email ahead with the destination details so I can quote you an accurate shipping price. The buyer is responsible for any and all custom fees.
