An excerpt of my “Marsh Magic” painting

September has been full of making art and art activities. I helped for a day with one of the education groups at Sculpture in the Wild here in Lincoln, MT. It’s always a treat to watch young imaginations at work on their own creations! I got so caught up in the excitement I forgot to take pictures. 😛

Our rabbit “Buddy” helping Ron with guitar!

The launch for 2016’s new sculptures in the park will be on Saturday, October 1st at 2pm. My husband, soulful blues guitarist Ron Gibson, will be accompanying keyboardist Steven Gores for a few songs for the event. I have a workshop in Helena that day & will be unable to attend. If you go, please say “hi” to my hubby for me – he would enjoy it!

Also in Lincoln, I will have a small show at Rusty Relics (a.k.a the Blackfoot Valley Dispatch office) from 5-7 pm on Friday, September 30th. It is right on Main Street and I’d love to see you if you’re in the area.

I hope you all have had chances to get out and enjoy the beautiful fall colors!
