January has historically been my favorite month. A fresh new year, new calendar, a new date on checks, etc. This one may or may not be a new decade depending on how you count them. Either way, I’m determined to start or finish the decade well. 🙂
Some of you know that my family bought a hydroponic farm last summer. It’s taken the majority of my time so far, but I’m making way for art one way or another. I’ve had some doodle and explore time, and I’ve taken on a new commission. Here’s a sneak peek for your imagination- forget-me-nots, Indian paintbrush, and a mystery animal. Sound exciting? I think so, too! I’ll post updates on my Facebook page as it progresses.
I spoke with many of you about art lessons with the intention of having a wrapped-up, ready-to-go class by last spring. That intention had to take a back seat to life, so I have a new idea! I’m excited to offer on-demand private or semi-private (2 students) art sessions in my studio for $20 per hour, all materials supplied unless you want to bring your own. If this interests you, give me a call or message, and we’ll work out the details about what you’d like to accomplish.
I’m looking forward to this new year and all it brings. Your support and encouragement has been amazing, and I appreciate it beyond words. Thank you so much, and Happy NEW Year! 🙂
